    Welcome to Corr Growth Systems. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and AI-powered growth systems — including lead generation, 24/7 call answering (Jolene), customer relationship management (CRM), and automation tools (collectively, the "Services"). Corr Growth Systems is a service of This Good Home, LLC ("Corr Growth Systems," "we," "us," or "our").

    By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our Services.

    1. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

    2. Accounts and Registration

    To access certain features, you may be required to provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, and business details. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.

    3. Use of Our Services

    Permitted Use

    You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

    • Use the Services in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
    • Infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights;
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks, or attempt to gain unauthorized access;
    • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or send unsolicited communications;
    • Use the Services to send SMS, email, or other messages to recipients who have not consented, in violation of applicable telemarketing and messaging laws;
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.

    4. Service Plans and Billing

    Some Services are offered on a subscription or monthly-plan basis. Plan pricing, included features, setup fees, and minimum terms are described on our pricing pages and in your service agreement. By selecting a plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method. Unless otherwise stated, plans are billed monthly in advance. Refund and cancellation terms are governed by your service agreement and applicable law.

    5. SMS and Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC Compliance)

    As part of our Services, we may send SMS/MMS text messages to you and, at your direction, to your customers. The following terms apply to all SMS messaging:

    • Consent. By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box, you provide express written consent to receive SMS messages from Corr Growth Systems. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
    • Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and the Services you use. You may receive appointment reminders, confirmations, service updates, and promotional messages.
    • Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier message and data rates apply to messages you send and receive.
    • Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out.
    • Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at support@corrgrowthsystems.com.
    • Carrier responsibility. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages, or for any carrier filtering.

    If you use our Services to send messages to your own customers, you are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from each recipient, maintaining opt-out records, complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), A2P 10DLC registration requirements, and all other applicable messaging laws. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from messages you send.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including text, graphics, logos, software, and the Corr Growth Systems name and marks — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any such content without our prior written consent.

    7. Your Content

    You retain ownership of any content you submit to us, including business information and contacts. You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide and improve the Services for you. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit your content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

    8. Disclaimers

    The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any results will be achieved. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corr Growth Systems and This Good Home, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

    10. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corr Growth Systems, This Good Home, LLC, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right — including any claims arising from messages you send to your customers.

    11. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will remain in effect.

    12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which This Good Home, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for matters that may be properly brought in small claims court.

    13. Changes to These Terms

    We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
